Painting allows me to feel worlds away. It is the moment in time that gives me the inner fuel to move through the next phases of my life. I remember my Grandma's art studio. It was set in the basement and the ceilings were low and the room was tiny and the windows felt like playing in a doll's house. There wasn't a bare wall to be seen. There were large pieces of art work and itty bitty canvases too. She used just about every surface and size one could think of. She was so talented and so detailed.... This is my tribute to thanking her for these special memories.
